Questions?

As a monthly contract customer, can I change my plan later on?

Yes you can increase or decrease your plan following one month’s notice to be given before the final working day of the month in progress.

Will I always have the same person working for me?

Yes as far as possible we will always try to ensure you have the same person working for you. However, in the case of sickness or holidays we will allocate another experienced secretary to cover.

Are their any hidden costs.

No, however quoted prices exclude postage, telephone charges, bulk printing, non-standard office supplies and any other incidental expenses. These expenses will be agreed with the client before a task is completed and charged on completion of the task for ad hoc clients and monthly in arrears for contract clients.

Can I cancel at any time?

We require one month’s notice to be given before the final working day of the month in progress.

How do I know my company’s business is safe and kept confidential?

All information provided by the client to Virtual Secretary Services Direct will be treated as strictly private and confidential. This will continue after the termination of any agreement.
