How Does it Work?
Brief us on your requirements and we will provide you with an estimate which, in most instances, will be based on an hourly rate. Once approved by signing our booking form, which details the work to be carried out, the estimated cost, timescales and payment terms, we will commence the work. In some instances we may ask for a deposit.
Letters, minutes, reports etc. from hand written notes, printed text (for example PDF documents), or audio files, are professionally set out and presented. Alternatively, if you prefer to type yourself, forward the document for proof reading and/or formatting. Tables, paragraph numbering, headers and footers, footnotes, columns, automatic table of contents, pictures and diagrams can all be included. Microsoft Word/Excel documents are returned by email ready for printing or we can print and send hard copies by post or courier.
PowerPoint’s graphical approach to presentation enables us to produce visual slides for printing, forwarding for dispaly on a computer/laptop or through a projector for larger audiences – they are an ideal accompaniment to an oral presentation.
Input of information into a Word or Excel document for the production of accounts, Gantt charts, spread sheets, Bill of Quantities, mailing lists, updating consumer details, mail merge, tender documents and more…
Careful reading of a document prior to printing to identify errors in spelling, punctuation or grammar. We can also include checking the layout of a document to ensure formatting is consistent throughout.
Locate and book suitable venues whatever the purpose – a meeting, interview, conference or business lunch or dinner. We will coordinate the event from inception to conclusion, liaising and following through with attendees/delegates and the venue.
Board Paper Preparation
Gathering of information, producing the agenda, binding and circulating papers (and/or emailing) to board directors, advising time and venue of meeting and confirming attendance. Production of minutes from hand written notes or voice files for agreement and sign off.
Transcription of audio files dictated by one person, one to one interviews or larger groups. Unless advised otherwise, all transcriptions will be in intelligent verbatim.
Creation and/or updating of mailing lists from information provided or researched, followed by distribution of marketing material to an agreed number of recipients on a one off or regular basis.
