Documents can be produced from hand written notes, printed text or audio files. Alternatively, if you prefer to type yourself and then forward the document for proof reading and/or formatting, this service will be ideal for you.

We will create a Microsoft Word document or Excel spreadsheet which can include tables, paragraph numbering, headers and footers, footnotes, columns, automatic table of contents, pictures and diagrams.

Our typists proof read their work prior to final checking and return. In addition, we provide a full proof reading service to review grammar, spelling and punctuation.

How Does it Work

Pages for typing can be scanned and emailed or we can send you a link to upload files. Larger items (for example a book or manuscript) can be posted or sent to us by courier.

We will provide you with a quotation which will detail cost, time-frame for completion, any specific requirements that you might have, for example a template that you’d like us to use, and payment terms. Acceptance of our terms, together with your postal address, is required by email or by completing and signing our booking form before we commence work.

Completed documents are returned by email ready for printing or, if hard copies are required, by post or courier.
