Our medical transcriptionists have got the necessary practical experience gained from working as full time medical secretaries ensuring you can rely on us for confidentiality, accuracy and prompt turnaround. We transcribe the dictation accurately, setting it out and presenting in a format agreed by you, returning the finished documents by e-mail for printing alternatively we will print them should you require.
Our Rates
90p per audio minute and are based on clear, easily understood digital recordings without, for example, excessive interference or strong regional accents. You pay for the time that you talk however we do have a minimum charge equivalent to one (1) hour at our “pay as you go” rate which is £25.
This can be agreed over a period of time for a number of recordings generally 1 working week. Before the commencement of any work we will forward you a booking form to be signed and returned. This will clearly detail the cost of the work to be carried out based on the information provided and the timescale within which it is to be completed.
We work with medico legal groups, private healthcare, and local GP’s which is why it is extremely important to us that our medical transcriptionists have got the necessary practical experience – and, of course, confidentiality is assured.
